{messages} field is not converted to the actual message in emails to customers

Dear Prestas.

 

I am checking my store, so I sent myself a message through the orders section.

Apparently I get the message but the field {messages} remain as is instead of being field by the actual message...

 

check out the screen shot for a sample of emails generated.

 

Moreover, my logo seem to be pointing to the wrong link although it is attached below the message)

Any solution?

p.s. why are there so many bugs in PrestaShop although I am using latest version? I am having hard time to make everything work...
