ristretto6
I'm trying to update the favicon for my shop, and it's telling me "settings update successful," but it doesn't look like anything's actually changing. Are there any certain requirements I need to have fulfilled for this to work? I've created an .ico file, and it's 69x100 pixels. Thanks!
old_mac
favicons are only 16x16 pixels, 4 bit colour. There are lots of favicon generator programs you can use for free. Google it.

ristretto6
Actually turns out I'm still having a problem with this. I have an icon that is both 16 x 16 pixels, and an .ico file. However, when I try to upload it, I still get this message: "image format not recognized, allowed formats are: .ico" Any ideas?
Stu583
When I did this the first time I had the very same problem. Just replaced the .ico in the folder structure with your custom one. Just prompted me to look at mine again though so thank you!
ristretto6
Can you tell me where specifically in the folder structure the .ico file is located? I can't seem to find it...
