cashondelivery in 5.step in cart - question about text beside image

hi, i have in five steps in cart three options - bank, paypal, and cash on delivery.

 

i have only one small problem now i have in bank and paypal small image on left and on right three line (first with strong text forexample BANK or PAYPAL, on second line i have small description and on three I have long description)

 

BUT ON CASHONDELIVERY I HAVE PROBLEM THIS PAYMENT START TEXT ON SECOND LINE NOT FIRST.

 

how make that text on payment cashondelivery starts on first line (on right from image for cashondelivery) as other payment bank and paypal.
