denzar
Hello, I created a test website on a localhost and experience non-stop problems while publishing it to the webserver. I have managed dedicated server with Plesk. First of all, Plesk only installs previous version of Prestashop and when I try to upgrade it to the latest version with 1 click upgrade - it gives me lots of errors. I deleted domain from Plesk and created a new one. Then followed all tutorials to transfer the website from localhost to webserver, however I get a blank white page when I type the domain and try to access the admin. Here is the process that I did: 1. Put the shop on a localhost under maintenance 2. Went to SEO/URLs and changed shopdomain, ssl domain from localhost to new domain,, changes shop URI to / 3. Exported database from PhpMyAdmin and saved it on computer. 4. Opened the website folder in Xampp and Zipped all files. 5. Created database and username/password on a webserver. 6. Imported the database from computer to the server - all files imported correctly. 7. Uploaded zip file that I created from Xampp to httpdocs of the domain on a webserver. 8. Extracted zip file - all files in httpdocs of domain look correctly 9. Removed all files under httpdocs / cache / smarty / Compile and Cache except for index.php 10. Modified httpdocs / config / settings.inc.php file DB name, user, password. 11. Opened PhpMyAdmin on a webserver and checked `ps_shop_url`- it is pointed to the new domain. 12. Still gettting a blank page in both domain and admin. Please advise! Thanks!
