chanansh Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 (edited) Dear Community, I made my first online PrestaShop (hebrew) at yogly.co.il Unfortunately, customer password recovery does not work :-( I don't know how to debug this because I am not familiar with PS backbone. The scenarios: Password recovery: If I go to this url: http://yogly.co.il/index.php?controller=password Use this email: info (at) yogly (dot) co (dot) il replace (at) with @ and (dot) with "." and put the email as the email for password recovery and I get an error saying "there was an error while sending the mail". I went to the backoffice and tested the mail (PHP) and it works.
