My customers suffer from strange PrestaShop message

My customers suffer from strange PrestaShop message.

Here is what my customer wrote to me:

I have tried many times to complete my order, but I'm constantly refused. First my only payment choise is Google Checkout, no PayPal avaible, when I have selected Google Checkout and filled out the form with my address ect. I'm presented with this message:

 

"You do not currently have any valid shipping methods.

Holy Land Artifacts does not ship to this address via Google Checkout.

You do not currently have any valid shipping methods."

 

I hope you can help me to find a way to order yours great products!

 

How can I solve it?

I don"t have paypal account.

the first question: how you configured the shipping and payment?

what kind of payment gateways you use?

I use Google Checkout payment gateway.

Here is my shipping configuration:

so if you have only google checkout payment method, it's obvious that the customers will be able to use only this method

But customer stated that he unable to use this method.

in ps you can define country restrictions

 

maybe google checkout is DISABLED in the customer country

take a look:

 

this is a part of "Payment" tab in back office, you have to define there countries and related to country available payment methods
