The issue is that aprt from those three emails none else is receiving the email.
NemoPS
They are not receiving it at all? Can you ask them to check the spam folder? Also, are you using the defailt php mail() function, or custom SMTP details to send them?
nefrito
No they dont get the emails at all. I checked Spam folder I even created an email account and tested it myself and it does not work. But like i said it works with only 3 emails. I did some modifications in the templates using notepad++ but it was just text modification because i couldnt modify it in the backend it didnt allow me but that was long ago

NemoPS
So the error occurs for a certain type of emails only? Try turning on error reporting (as described in my signature). It might be about missing variables
nefrito
hmm but if it is a matter of variables why I receive the email with my login credentials and if i use a hotmail account or yahoo acount that i have never used before I dont receive the email? vekia
have you checked JUNK directory in your hotmail mailbox?
nefrito
No not in the spam or junk folder! i dont get it why sometimes it works and why not or why it works with certain email addresses and some not totally frustrated now.
vekia
it might be realted to the mailbox SPAM policy, believe me, mail services like hotmail yahoo and gmail block many mails, they have really restrictive policy related to the spam. Mails are treated as a spam especially when you use the simple mail(); method. It's better to use SMTP than php mail function. If you have an access to the mailer logs from your server, you can easily check what is going on with the outgoing emails.

NemoPS
To see the emails logs, you need to open a support ticket at arvixe.com. You can then PM your ticket ID if you want and I can ask them to take care of it quicker
