nightwal
I have added a few products to the shop when I go to update the quantities and say from 0 to add 6, and I click save or even stay and save, it states its updated the product. but it never shows up as being updated. then every now and again when you try to update the quantity and click save and stay it gives the following error. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. robdido
I had the same issue. Very frustrating. The solution is to NOT use the save button on the quantity page. What I do is update my quantity (dont press save yet) then navigate to the "Combinations" tab and press the save button there. works first go. Alberto alvarez
I think if you are your own provider, you should have access to the apache error log. Check it and let us know what you find there You also can activate the debug mode in PS and let us know if you get any error message
