How to export native module with theme

I have really stupid question, but I can't find any way how to export native module with my theme with import/export module.

 

The reason why I need it is because I did small editation in productcomments php so I need this modul with my theme. But when I use the import/export module this module is not in the list of exported modules how can I add this module to this list. I know that there is a way to import the module alone, but I really need it to do that in this way.
