help! live shop and get my alerts error!

There is not a mail alert page in the classes folder and a customer gets this error message when they click "my alerts" in their account.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/stitched/public_html/config/../classes/MailAlerts.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/stitched/public_html/config/config.inc.php on line 20

This is a live shop so any help is greatly appreciated. Is there something I can change to get this to work until it is fixed?
