oshoot
I just setup my cart and had the Canada Post shipping module installed by Presto chango. They say that the module is all good but there is a global problem. When someone goes to buy something it gets stuck right after shipping is selected. Please help, I cannot sell anything off my site. benjamin utterback
Hi oshoot, welcome to the Forum! Okay, so did this problem only start happening once you installed the module? Any other third party modules you have installed?
oshoot
This is a new setup. This is the only 3rd party module I have setup. I had presto-chango install and set it up. They have been really good about it. They verified that the module is working ok. this was thier reply It looks like something is broken in your shop. The module seems to be getting rates just fine in our shipping preview and also in the cart summary http://screencast.com/t/PegGvLUxH As you can see, I also enabled the default Prestashop shipping option, and both carriers are showing, For some reason, the Shipping step shows nothing, not even a message that there are no available carriers. This indicates there is a global problem here, rather than something specific to our module.
benjamin utterback
Hi oshoot, when you disable the module, are you carriers working? How did you download/install PrestaShop?
oshoot
Its the only carrier I use. I downloaded prestashop right from prestashop.com
benjamin utterback
Hi, oshoot I'm wondering if the default carriers work when your module is disabled.

benjamin utterback
Okay, thanks. So your carriers were never working from install? If that is the case then you should reinstall, some files may have been corrupted during the file upload transfer to your server.
