My problem is : my shop is on 1.4.3 and I'm creating a brand new one, fresh and clean, with the 1.5 version. The only thing I want to keep is my customer database. So, I exported my old customer database (pss_customer). In the meanwhile, I exported the new one (ps_customer) I filled in the new fields with every info, then I imported this new database on my prestashop 1.5 I also changed the new COOKIE_KEY with the old one.. Before doing all this, I created myself an account on the old shop, and here is my problem : I can't log in with this account I created, the user isn't recognized. I tried a password recovery, but it tells me that no user with that name / e-mail exists. In my new back office, the full customer list is here, with the account I created. What did I miss ? I copied, column by column, the content of every column that existed in pss_customer into the new empty ps_customer, right under the john doe's infos. the columns : id_customer id_gender id_default group firstname lastname email passwd last_passwd_gen birthday newsletter ip_registration_newsletter newsletter_date_add optin secure_key note active is_guest deleted date_add date_upd I left the other colums empty, since they didn't existed in the old database.
