Help with configuring shipping

Hi everyone,

 

Can you please help me with my shop's shipping configuration? I've read through the documentation but honestly I'm finding it quite difficult to configure what I need to accomplish. Would you please give me some direction? Please remember this is my very first shop

 

This is what I'm looking to accomplish:

For total value purchased greater than 500 South African Rand, within a distance of 100 kilometers from the city centre, delivery is free.

For total value purchased less than 500 South African Rand, within a distance of 100kms from the city centre, and with weight less than 5 kilograms, delivery is R100 South African Rand.

For any other variations, the customer needs to contact us directly for a delivery quotation.

 

How do I configure the above in Prestashop??
