Ogone - Command not recorded in the back-office

Hi,

 

After configuring the module ogone, when placing an order, the payment is recorded by Ogone but the customer is redirected to a page that displays the phrase:

Thank you for your patience while your order is valid

 

 

The loader does not stop turning.

Meanwhile, no command is stored in the BO.

 

I have Prestashop version 1.5.4.1 and Ogone version 2.4.

 

Does anyone know the solution?

what just worked for me was to check the following checkbox in Ogone (see screenshot)
