[Solved] An area where a client can comment or send info on the custom orders

Hi

I sell promotional products. I would like to be able to add an area to the ordering process that our clients can write special information about their custom orders, like:

Dimensions, Material, Colour, and if possible I would like to add and area where they can upload their artwork work to my ftp sight, or even just email me a low res file. If I can't do the upload artwork section I understand, even if I could have an area just for comments where the clients can explain what the want.

I realize I could use the Attributes area for some of this, but a lot of our orders are specific to each client's artwork.

if anyone has any ideas I would live to here them.
