Artunj
hi, I cannot translate email part in localization> translations. there is a problem like that: Cannot write language file for email subjects. Path is: /home/content/02/11309602/html/themes/default/mails/en/lang.php
El Patron
this is probably caused by write persmission problem. Check that the file patch is writable, typically you can do this with your ftp program. here is an example of a working shops write permissions mails 755 language folder 755 files in language folder 644 Note: permissions may be different based on hosting account type
Artunj
sorry but how to do it?
El Patron
you will do this using your FTP program. If it is not obvious then it's best to use your fav web search for 'yourftpprogram setting permissions'. also, it is possible with most hosting account control panels to modify permission from your hosting account. if you do not know how then I'd suggest contacting your hosting provider.
