Hi,

i look someone to integrate paypal usa canada mexico module in my store.

i have this error during the check out process

 

PayPal response:

TIMESTAMP -> 2013-07-26T01:27:47Z

L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002

L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Authentication/Authorization Failed

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> You do not have permissions to make this API call

L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

Everything is fine with paypal, they told me that i probably misconfigure my paypal

settings in my prestashop admin.

i have a paypal advanced account business who allow people to check out

directly on my website.

You have your api information enter incorrectly. Type it by hand, don't copy and paste it.

hello thanks but it still doesnt work.

I did type it manually : i don t need API because i use paypal advanced, so i just fill the advanced

setting on the right.

when i click to PAGAR to pay at the end of the check out , it takes me here

I am using Paypal usa canada mexico 1.2.1 and i was approved by paypal for paypal advanced

Oh, I thought you were using the one that came with Prestashop. I would contact the maker of the module for support.
