Any suggestion on which help desk ticket system is better to integrate with Prestashop?

I've used Kayako Support Suite before and it is quite an impressive piece of software. Yet, I would agree with Damien and suggest the open source one.

Why? Well, I would assume you would look to create a bridge so users only log in once? You have a better chance of accomplishing a clean integration since both are open and have the support of a community. Paid applications might help I can't say for sure, but they will probably end up charging you to do work on it.

I'm also looking for such solution.

I'm known with kayako, but this is really too large and not opensource, ok you can buy it for 99% opensource, but the thought behind it is wrong... no community development, so the company decides what's best.

In my opinion it's nice when you have a problem with a product, someone can reply on his order and that is logged in the whole system so you can keep track of what happened.

A bridge between OStickets would be a nice start for sure.

Just watched the demo video and sounds amazing! It´s everything I was looking for! I will download and install, create an interface with my store and let you know how it goes. That way someone else looking for this post will take advantage of this share. I have been searching for hours looking for a solution like this with no luck until now.

I like HESK too, it's very simple and usefull. You can simple install in your website and do a link like a parallel site that works for the support.
I want to modify the HESK and do a module for the Prestashop, more integrated. If i have some news i post here.
