Shenit
Any idea which support system is better to use with prestashop?OSticket, Perldesk, Kayako Support Suite, or any suggestion?Thank you
Damien Metzger
Only the first is open source, so I would say... the first!I'll follow this thread closely.
CYTechnologies
I've used Kayako Support Suite before and it is quite an impressive piece of software. Yet, I would agree with Damien and suggest the open source one. Why? Well, I would assume you would look to create a bridge so users only log in once? You have a better chance of accomplishing a clean integration since both are open and have the support of a community. Paid applications might help I can't say for sure, but they will probably end up charging you to do work on it.
Shenit
Any better alternative OS ticket system besides OSticket? does OSticket has a knowledgebase features for both Front End & Back End? thanks
Damien Metzger
It seems that SugarCRM has also a ticket system (a module I think).I can be nice if you don't want to use too many software.
J. Fernandes PT
LiveZilla seems great.
Mattz
I'm also looking for such solution.I'm known with kayako, but this is really too large and not opensource, ok you can buy it for 99% opensource, but the thought behind it is wrong... no community development, so the company decides what's best.In my opinion it's nice when you have a problem with a product, someone can reply on his order and that is logged in the whole system so you can keep track of what happened.A bridge between OStickets would be a nice start for sure. ChrisLNZ
I use Hesk - open source and easy to set up - be quite simple to add a link into prestashop for customer support

Marcos Issler
I like HESK too, it's very simple and usefull. You can simple install in your website and do a link like a parallel site that works for the support. I want to modify the HESK and do a module for the Prestashop, more integrated. If i have some news i post here. Good lucky guys.

lindataylor222
A buddy uses hesk and he likes it. Easy to use. At work he uses jumppuppy for his IT helpdesk. It is a hosted system though. http://www.jumppupy.com. Edited February 20, 2013 by lindataylor222 (see edit history)
