How to get rid of the block at the bottom for 1.5.4.1

I was wondering how to get rid of the below mentioned block shown in the screenshot. Thanks.

 

I am not sure whether it is modules/blockaccountfooter

Try this:

in file /themes/default/footer.tpl

 

 

Out-comment the footer part: (Almost at the end of the file:
