ampos
Hi! I have a 1.4.9 (not sure exactly, but the latest 1.4.x) shop. The shop is not located at www.frikland.com but on http://www.frikland.com/tienda as we used a wellcome frontpage. Also admin user is not at www.frikland.com/tienda/admin but at www.frikland.com/tienda/admin99 I ftp'd downloaded fully www.frikland.com/tienda to my HD before upgrading. I upgraded manually the 1-step module I try the 1-setp upgrade module and it seemed to do something but stopped and now I can not access my store, or the admin BO (it shows a 500 error page) Now I am uploading the /tienda folder again in hope to recover my shop. Anything else I can do? Now I only want it back, there will be time later for questions again about upgrading
benjamin utterback
Hi ampos, just restore your backup from before you did the upgrade. Restore your backup mySQL database and your PrestaShop files you backed up via FTP or CPanel.
ampos
I did not backup'ed any mySQL folder, just the /tienda (shop) folder. If this mySQL files are inside /tienda then it is backup'ed, else it is not.
benjamin utterback
If you did not complete the backup correctly then it will be more difficult. We have many upgrade guides available on the internet and they all say to back up or test an upgrade on a copy of your shop. http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Automatic+update It is in the red box. ampos
I did the backup but didn't know that this mySQL file/folder was not on the main shop folder (is it or not?) Do you think is it corrupted? If the download time was long, this upload time takes forever...
