[solved] Back Office Order - Problem Email link

Hi,

 

After creating an order in the back office, when I click on "sent an email to the customer to purchase the product" the link on the email is not working.

 

You can see on the screenshot the error.

I use Prestashop 1.5.4.1

try to use "Automatically redirect to the canonical URL" option (in preferences > seo & urls)

1. you store is under the "debug" mode ? (error reporting ON ?)
   
2. you've got friendly urls ON ?

I have just check the email and it is the same for me.

Automatically redirect to the canonical URL is "on"

Friendly URLs are "on"

The problem was due to the debug mode which was "on" in my file (defines.inc.php). I have just put on "off" mode and now the link is working

is there a way to have the same functionality on Prestashop 1.4.8.2 that we can create an order in the back office and send a link in customer to purchase the product ?

 

We have a mod that can create an Order for customer the only thing we need is to have a link in email so that customer can be able to process the payment on their own

 

Please help if you can

I am heaving the same issue but how I edit the debug on and off, I think my is already off, but you did not specify where in the file you changed...

I have the same problem in 1.6.0.9 it shows as {order_link} instead of the actual URL for the customer to pay for their items.

 

Also, why is there no functionalitly for the customer to login to their account and pay for the order when they view it in there?

How long does the "Order_Link" (with token) URL in email last? I have clients clicking it a few days later and its not working and there is no way to resend the email. So Im thinking the token may have expired, correct?
