anabreu
Hi all... I am using a prestashop 1.5 at: http://qip.pt/index.php . The template used is an 1.4 though... Regarding the contact form, on the link "Contact us", I really wanted to receive its info through email, I think it is suppose to do that, but the fact is that even though the form is going through, I am not receiving any email with the info submited, I only receive a message on the backoffice message system. I do have the email configured correctly in: - preferences » store contacts - advanced parameters » email - customers » contacts ...so why am I not receiving an email when a contact form is submited?... Thank you SO much, for any help you can provide... Ana
vekia
sometimes its related to the spf, which detects email spoofing what email you use in your back office? it is related to your shop domain? if not, the answer is probably in spf
