Kat84
Most of my site was translated without problems but there are some e-mails that still have an English title and a Dutch description. In my BO I can translate the e-mail templates but for example, when I type something in "subject for Contact" and safe, it doesn't safe and so I'm not able to add a translation for these. Also, there are some fields that say "no subject was found for contact_form, or the subject is generated in the database" . If this is the case, I am not able to add a translation because there is no insert field for this, but then the e-mail title is generated in English Like said before, it is only the title that stays English and can't be translated by me. The description/message itself is fine. Other mails do get translated correctly, for example the e-mail customers get when they ordered something in the shop. Is there somebody who knows what I can do to add a translation to all the e-mails so that all e-mails will be sent in the correct language? I'm using 1.5.4.1 Thanks!! jordipalet
Same problem here. Have you sorted it out ?
El Patron
it's probably because the module inserts the subject in it's php code. So in order to xlate the subject you would back office-->modules-->find the module-->configure the module-->select manage translations (click the flag)-->then you should be able to find the subject header. here is an example of simple way to find module xlations http://screencast.com/t/VeyM0UdYFeC
jordipalet
Hi, No I guess I missexplained ... Al the history. I'm using email alerts to receive emails when a new order is placed. It worked until now ... But a few days ago, I tried 1-click-upgrade from version 1.5.4.1 (what I've now), and didn't worked. I did a roll-back, and it seems that something got broken ... because now I no longer get those emails. Customers get emails, is just me not getting the alerts ... I read somewhere that it was related to not having subject, but seems not to be the problem. I also tried what I found here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/108336-no-subject-was-found-for-bankwire/?do=findComment&comment=1558558, but no luck. So what I'm missing, what may be the problem ?
