I have the USPS 1.2.5 installed in prestashop and it does not calculate international shipping for international buyers. Actually, it does calculate international shipping, but not with accurate rates; it actually gives very, very low rates for Priority & Express Mail services. I have been trying to work around this issue in many ways and could not fix it. Now I realize that the description of this USPS module says: Calculates shipping rates for United States Postal Service for Domestic shipping within the USA. Leading me to believe that the module was not created with international shipping settings. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Can anyone recommend a better solution? I already use the USPS module with OpenCart and it calculates the international shipping rate well based on the product weight...I'm surprised it doesn't work for prestashop. Thanks! treasuresangel Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Hi tomerg3, we purchased the Presto Changeo module in late June, and now it is not working, ever since USPS changed their code. Is there an update that you know of? USPS is the only shipping method we have, and so we are losing orders! We've had a few customers who have called in their order, but how many are we losing? I posted on Presto Changeo's site days ago, no response. Should we try to go back to the prestashop free module? It never worked properly for us. As long as you got the auto-confirmation email after sending your message from https://www.presto-changeo.com/en/contact_us we would have gotten your message and replied. If this has no effect on your module, then why isn't your module showing up anymore in my front end? All I'm getting is "Free Shipping!" and I DID NOT make any changes.
