Edit Terms and Conditions

Hello All!

 

Would anyone know where I need to go to edit the Terms and Conditions of Use?

 

Let me be clear, I don't want to re-write or edit the entire text. I want to edit the title/link that appears in the footer. Currently it shows "Terms and Conditions of Use" and that is too much for my current theme. It is taking up 2 lines. So I want to know where to go and delete "of Use"?

 

Any ideas?

you use non default module for this - it's a tmfooter links

you've got configuration page of this addon? or you have to edit the .tpl file located in the module directory?

I have to edit the tpl file directly. It's in the CMS Block module, but I don't see "Terms and Conditions"...what am I missing? I see "Our Stores" and "Contact Us"
