Author details on custom modules

Hi Presta buddies.

 

I am new to Prestashop development. There is a question here:

 

For some reasons i have to make my own version of modules. Some is really complicated, but mostly all just a bit easy code manipulation from the original modules. But all the modules including the easy modification is required to my whole theme. And i think it is good for my client to find my modules from the admin by just sort modules from AUTHOR name, that is my name.

 

But i am really sure that all the modules with my name as Author is not a direct copy. I am going to sell the theme, but not selling the modules separately.

 

So the question is, is there any legal issues for this situation?

 

If yes - than i am really happy!

If no - is any way to comply to clear the legal issue? ( I will go for it )

- Or nothing else can do (OMG!)
