Handling charges seperate in shopping cart

Hi,

I would like to split the additional handling charges (set inside the product) and the shipping charges in the shopping cart on checkout in 1.5.4.1.

Is there a simple solution for this? Searched the forum, but couldn't find anything

Even a line in the cart like this would be ok:

Total shipping (Additional handling = €100) € 164,63
