[solved] Home page editor module

Recommended Posts

Hi Vekia

thanks for your fast replied.

No one of those modules are available to install under module.

I've had one before.

But just disappear, was under my favorites, now under my favorites

shows the number two (those were under my favorite) but when you click favorite

shows only one module.

where I can download this modules to reinstall it?

how about the default one

home editorial module?

I've unzipped the prestashop download and looking for the default module on the module folder

but I don't see it.

Link 1 I installed but don't see homepage available

link 2 is not longer available

my bad, link works

in the html box you've got "home" - it's a homepage hook

default home editorial block - in this case you have to download latest prestashop version, unpack the zip library and grap the module directory (from /modules/ dir)

the module name is "editorial"

i've got one question related to this:

I try both of your recommendations and when I edit the homepage the image I've added shows in all CMS pages.

you use default template?

you can define exceptions.

he transplanting process has its own interface:

  • Go to the "Modules" menu, and its "Positions" page.
  • search for displayHome modules list, and click on edit button near the module you want to use in homepage only
  • In the "Exceptions" field, type the name of the file(s) of the pages in which you do not want the module to appear.
Since PrestaShop 1.5, instead of typing the file-names, you can simply select a file-name and click the "Add" button: it will add the file-name to the list.
Likewise, you can remove a file-name from the existing list by selecting that name in the drop-down list and clicking the "Remove" button.
  • Do not forget to save your changes.
