disappearing products and $0 in full category view

I am having two problems, both can be seen on this link

 

-First several items throughout my store are showing $0 while in this view but show correct price once opened or added to cart. I cannot find any consistency with the products doing this.

 

-Second, on the link given it at first shows 86 products, which is about correct, so five pages to look through, but if you hit the next page it shows 36 products, and the last three pages are gone.

I have noticed when this happens, that the url is changing to /4-overbust-corsets#/page-2 instead of /4-overbust-corsets/page-2 but I cant work out why or how to change it.

 

Both of the issues occurred after creating a root category called shop, with all my categories inside, I have reversed this action to try and fix the issue but that didnt work.

I have been able to fix both these problems by disabling Layered navigation block. Don't yet know why it causes the problem, I uninstalled, reset re-enabled etc but the problems return each time. I will have to try a different filter module I guess.
