[SOLVED]Clearing out Name/Address info

Hi all:

 

 

I would like to be able to take orders over the phone and run them through Prestashop. Problem is, every time I go to the store it is my account (my name/address etc.). I want to run these phone orders through new accounts for the actual purchases, not on my account.

 

How do I clear out my account and start a fresh account when I go to Prestashop?

you can take orders over the phone from the back office--->orders-->new orders
