Problema codice Captcha slide

Salve a tutti,

ho una versione prestashop 1.5.4 ed ho scaricato un modulo per una versione captcha slide da inserire nel form di registrazione. Nel modulo mi chiede di inserire tale codice "{include file="$tpl_dir./../../modules/slidecaptcha/slidecaptcha.tpl"}" nel file .tpl del tema riguardante la pagina dove voglio inserire il captcha. Ora ho provato ad inserire il codice citato sopra nel form della registrazione ma non spunta fuori la "captcha slide". Dopo ore sono riuscito a capire quale era il file.tpl da modificare, eccolo qui:

Troverete in rosso il codice del modulo corrispondente alla foto1 (allegata) dove sono riuscito ad inserire il captcha (il codice del modulo è evidenziato in blu), mentre in verde troverete il codice del form di registrazione (foto2 allegata) dove vorrei aggiungere il captcha slide ma che dopo tanti tentativi non sono riuscito ad inserire.
