weezawoo
HELP I have been away on holiday for a couple weeks and yesterday went to go to the website to update some bits but it won't even let me sign into my admin side of the website and just says it is down for maintenance. My site is www.classetcomforts.co.uk Anyone have a clue what I can do? My friend hosts it for me and said the host is fine as his other sites are still working so it is a prestashop issue Thanks

vekia
go to admin panel of your store, open the preferences > maintenance tab and check if there is your proper IP address i suppose that your internet provider change your IP address while you were on holidays and lying on the beach

vekia
oh no, this error is not related to prestashop, it's a cgi script it is definitely server side, follow jitenx suggestions

benjamin utterback
Thank you I am trying to get my friend to access the host, I have free hosting through a friend so don't have access myself. Ask your friend to give you FTP access and follow the instructions in this thread. If you don't have access to the server, then your options are severely limited.
