El Patron
Hi Vekia, I dont think that this is the issue. Can anyone help with this, as i have still not resolved it. Thanks Why do you think it's not the issue? It's hard for the community to continue helping if you do not either apply the fix or confirm that your release already includes the fix. jeyjoo
Sorry I didnt explain - I tried the solution on the top-level my-account and top-level order.php, but it did not work. Were these the correct files to change?
El Patron
I suspect (guessing) there is something about your theme.... have you tried different settings (make sure to clear cookies/browser cache) if you say disable Canonical URL etc. http://screencast.com/t/rnvv2UIt64 If possible, (back up db and root files), try using the default theme to see if you still experience this problem. Are you using a linux or windows server on your hosting?

caris789
OK... so I set disable Apache muti-views to yes.. and it fixed it. my question is what happened? cos the site has been up for 3 months and has been working fine and then this happens suddenly. and also what effect does disabling Apache multi-views cause? I am sorry but prestashop is still very new to me.
