diegogb
Hi, I'm trying to install Prestashop on a new domain. I don't get compatibility issues and the installation procedure works fine until it reaches the 56% percent at the "Installing modules" step. Then, the procedure stops and a message appears, telling me that there was an error. Unfortunately, the error message is generic: " Install modules An error occured during installation... You can use the links on the left column to go back to the previous steps, or restart the installation process by clicking here. " No other information is provided. Can someone help me to understand what went wrong?

diegogb
Ops, thanks vekia. I've seen my error log and the error is: Uncaught exception 'SmartyException' with message 'Unable to load template file '/mypath/www/themes//header.tpl'' in /mypath/www/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php:127\nStack trace:\n#0 So I think the problem is on the double slash before header.tpl. The correct url should be mypath/www/themes/Default/header.tpl. Which is the best way to fix this issue?
