How do I move boxes from left to right?

I am trying to move blocks from the left hand side of the screen to the other, but when I go to edit the positions, they are greyed out and I cant use the drop down menu.

For example: If I wanted to move the specials box to the left, I would click edit, but the module and hook into boxes are greyed out and I can only add text into the Exceptions box.

Go to Modules > Positions > Transplant a module instead of clicking the Edit button.
