tdr170 Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 (edited) Prestashop 1.5.4.1, Default theme I have an install of 1.5.4.1 that I am testing on and one thing I see that does not work as I would have expected is the carrier selection in product entry. In the Shipping tab I click on Unselect all, save and stay, then select only one carrier, save but in the front office all carriers still appear. You can select any of them and the shipping charge in the cart changes to that cost. I would think that if I only have one carrier selected that I would at the very least get an error that this carrier can not be selected for this product. tdr170 Posted July 12, 2013 Author Share Posted July 12, 2013 Well after giving this some thought I realized that the issue was with the Shipping estimator, it does not recognize the option chosen in the BO. I disabled it and went through the checkout process and only the carrier selected was showing. So in the end this is an estimator issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CLance Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 (edited) I am having this problem as well...Product>shipping>selected carrier> i only choose ony carrier. but when customer check out, all the carrier options are prompt out.
