I haven't installed any templates yet until all my testings are completed. I do receive emails from the server from the advance parameterts/email tab. Clients receives email but not admin. vekia Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 error log is a simple .txt file usually located in the FTP root dir or in the /log/ or /tmp/ subdirectories you've got there informations related to the script errors etc. you're on shared host? or VPS / dedicated? My issue is the same that emails to my email contacts (setup as contacts in Prestashop) are not coming into the Admin, Customer Service. I am trying the send a test email to two of my emails (gmail and company one) and not working neither. Mails alerts block is enables and configured to receive messages. What is wrong?
