Shafrizal
Hi, My name is Shaf and this is the first time I am writing to this forum. I have started using prestashop for my online shop for 2 months already and this forum helps me so much in solving lots of issues. However, now my shop is running with a few customers purchasing items everyday, then I noticed that there are broken links in my shop when browsing in an individual products. I tried to search for other similar topis posted in this forum but I think my issue is a bit different. The broken links are only occur to the links in my footer page. My website name is http://inhanna.com This broken links happen when I click to one of my item with the example URL like this http://inhanna.com/v...azer-black.html After I browse the item, then click to one of the link in the footer, then the "Page not Found" error appear. Example if I click the link contact us, I will be redirected to http://inhanna.com/v...zers/contact-us I noticed that the broken link happen because of the Contact us link URL is incorrect where the correct one should be http://inhanna.com/v1/contact-us I think the problem happen maybe because of the URL Schema but I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance.
NemoPS
Hi, It's working for me, can you perhaps try cleaning your browser's cache?
Christiaan_01
Hi, I have a similar problem on my website (1.5.2). It seems like a problem with either the cache in my browser, or the cache of the website, or both. For instance, a normal product page link should look like this: "www.mysite.com/135-product-A" I, and customers, get strange links with reference to pictures of other products. Something like this: "www.mysite.com/135-product-A/other-kind-of-product.jpg?selected_filters=other-kind-of-product.jpg&p=2" One more thing, it seems like I only get these broken links at top menu, and block categories. When looking at the smarty cache, I only find files with references to blocktopmenu and blockcategories. So the problem seems to be with the smarty cache. I'm looking into it now, and will come back as soon as I've found something.
Christiaan_01
I opened a topic at forge, which can be found here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-10106?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel It probably lies in block layered navigation. I don't use it, but uninstalled it, cleared website and browser cache, and so far (15min.) so good.
