Antimated Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 (edited) Hello! I'm new here and I have this problem: Whenever I upload an image for my products, the thumbnail images won't show up. I have no idea on how to fix this problem as I am new to prestashop. Also when I view my website on mobile and iPhone/iPod touch the thumbnail images won't show up, they just show up some strange questionmarks. here are some screenshots: front-office desktop products page (all works fine here) front-office products page (here it goes wrong, look at questionmarks and apple products (wich shouldn't be there) back-office whenever you upload a picture, no thumbnail is created: I hope that someone could help me out with this. But all the other images that I previously uploaded are still the question marks. Do I have to reupload all these images? Or is there a better solution? If so how do I do that? Also wich folders do I have to chmod to 777 to be able to regenerate images? Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. EDIT: EDIT 2: I found the solution for the mobile problem: I had to shut down the mobile theme (found this in the documentation).
