Danielmedvec
Greetings. I've tried to buy an item on my shop (Butikisabella.com) But the Paypal module dosen't work. It gives this error: http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/112/zbn.png And if i try the 5 step process, the screen just goes blank We really need to fix this as soon as possible. Best regards Dániel
Dh42
That error means you have the paypal api information entered wrong.
Danielmedvec
I've tried to Re-enter the paypal info again, and deactivated the Sandbox thingy. Those are the only solutions that were available on google. I don't know what else to do Regards Dániel
Dh42
Try regenerating them and then hand typing them in. The api being wrong is the only thing that causes that error.
NatalieA
I am having the same problem - has been happening for months. (owneroperations.com.au) I use the five step payment option as I could never get the express checkout to work. No error message for me, just a black screen : http://www.owneroperations.com.au/presta/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php I have checked, regenerated and re-entered the API information multiple times. Alright, it works now with the paypal module. But whenever i come to the step 5 of the checkout process, it just shows a blank screen at this link: http://www.butikisabella.com/index.php?controller=order&multi-shipping= I don't know what's wrong ( Regards Dániel

NatalieA
OK - I have gone into the CPanel part and changed the code in the file. Where (exactly) am I meant to be looking for an error message?? As you can tell I have no idea what I'm doing.

Dh42
Daniel, disable your PagSeguro module, it looks like it is causing the error.

NatalieA
It will be on the page that shows up blank. I was worried you would say that. I found an error log in CPanel that say: [Tue Jul 09 04:45:48 2013] [error] [client 101.173.213.66] File does not exist: /home/owner129/public_html/favicon.ico ??? Dh42
That would have nothing to do with it. You need to turn error reporting on in Prestashop, it should give you a read out of the error on the blank page, read this http://blog.dh42.com/prestashop-error-reporting/
NatalieA
Yes, that is what I did yesterday, but I still get a blank screen. I have had another look and the changes (false to true) have been saved, but it appears to make no difference. I then started hunting around for error_log files, as per the second part of the instructions.
