Checkout process dosen't work. Paypal Either.

Recommended Posts

I am having the same problem - has been happening for months. (owneroperations.com.au)

I use the five step payment option as I could never get the express checkout to work.

No error message for me, just a black screen :

I have checked, regenerated and re-entered the API information multiple times.

Try regenerating them and then hand typing them in. The api being wrong is the only thing that causes that error.

Alright, it works now with the paypal module.

But whenever i come to the step 5 of the checkout process, it just shows a blank screen at

I don't know what's wrong :((

It will be on the page that shows up blank.

I was worried you would say that.

I found an error log in CPanel that say:

[Tue Jul 09 04:45:48 2013] [error] [client 101.173.213.66] File does not exist: /home/owner129/public_html/favicon.ico

???

Yes, that is what I did yesterday, but I still get a blank screen.

I have had another look and the changes (false to true) have been saved, but it appears to make no difference.

I then started hunting around for error_log files, as per the second part of the instructions.

I'm told that no, I do not have any third party modules.

Store information (from the Configuration Information Tab)

PrestaShop version: 1.5.4.1

Shop URL: http://www.owneroper....com.au/presta/

Under the same tab it also has this:

Required parameters: OK

Optional parameters: Please fix the following error(s)

  • magicquotes
  • pdo_mysql
