massively changes to all product quantities and behavior in order

I'd like to apologize in advance if this topic has been covered in past questions. I used search didn't help in my case.

 

I am using prestashop 1.5.4.1.

 

I used a service (cart2cart) to migrate my old shop to presta. Everything went as it should no problems here. At my former shop I didn't use products quantities, but now I want to use prestashop at all its glory. I currently have 3000 products but none of it has a value at quantity.

 

What I need:

1. I'd like to know the sql table (and field) which I need to edit so I can set all quantities to e.g. '100'
   
2. Also I'd like to set all individual product settings about behavior as: 'Default: Allow orders as set in Preferences' (currently all 3000 products are set to 'Deny orders')
   

 

I'm using only 'stock management' , (not advanced-stock management)
