AllAsian
I have recently changed my web hosting provider due to the current provider went through bankruptcy and unable to reach them any longer. We have paid the previous provider to install SSL on PrestaShop but we discovered that the SLL feature no longer there after migrating to new provider. What am I suppose to do? Is there a way to retrieve lost SSL certificate details ? Kindly advise
Dh42
Do you know what issuing authority the certificate came from? You can try contacting them. At the same time, you could just buy another, they are only about $10usd
xmilo
Since u changed the hosting, SSL cert might have to be reissued according to your new server settings. I would ask the new hosting provider how to create private key and CSR then use that CSR to buy(generate) new certificate. Unless u have your own dedicated server, u may have to ask the new hosting provider to install the newly issued/purchased certificate to your site. That was my experience with most cpanel hosting companies...
