Ad text option when make a buy

Hello,

 

I'm a new prestashop user and I have a question: I want the costumer to add information/text (15-17 digit number + small text) to a certain product when the customer put it in their cart. How do I manage that? I want the information sent to my e-mail.

 

I have added a picture for you to see what I need :-)

Instead of creating a new topic I will try here for another question.

 

How do I add free shipping on a special product? Ive created a new carrier but it seems that I need to add weight or price to get it activated, is there a way around this?
