oorbx Posted July 7, 2013 Share Posted July 7, 2013 (edited) Good day, I would like to ask about indexation of products for search field. We use Prestashop v.1.5.3.1 with 60 000 products. When we build product indexation, we saw with increasing number of products indexed, there was slower speed when searching. Our question is, can we modify what to index ? For example we want to index only short description and category. Can it be helpfull for better speed of searching? I know that i can setup the weight of factors which are shown in below in search. Or do you have some special hint, how to adjust or tune up this indexation ?
