[Solved]No emails sent to customers

Hi

 

We just noticed that no emails are sent to the customer anymore. This has been working in the past.

 

* I have sent the test email from backoffice and it works.

* I have also checked the settings in Orders/Order Messages and the expected messages are enabled as expected.

* For each message in Order / Order Messages I click on the "eye" icon and the template is found.

 

Recently we have only done two changes:

1. We have done a 1.5.2 to 1.5.4.1 and it is possible that it has not been working since then but I am not 100% sure.

2. We have change the friendly urls from the format /number-productName to /number/productName but this should only affect products right.

 

What can I start to look for, the shop seems ok otherwise but emails are not sent anymore.
