PrestaShop Addons Module Support

I bought a PrestaShop module called DMU Quick Admin to quickly change certain product attributes like dimensions and weight but when I installed the module, I realized I could not really use it for the purposes I intended. This was not evidently apparent in the quick backoffice demo.

 

I contacted PrestaShop addons to inquire about these features within 24hours but never got a response. I then opened another ticket with them, one week later to ask for a refund and again another week later. I simply never heard back from PrestaShop Addons.

 

In the contract agreement for the sale of their addons, it is clearly specified that a full refund is given when they cannot resolve and or answer for an open issue with their modules, within 3 days.

This is stipulated in “Terms and conditions” PrestaShop, clause #7.

 

After all this time, since May, I still have not heard back from PrestaShop Addons. I feel like I've been scammed by these people.

 

I have also used the PrestoChangeo modules and their level of service has been excellent. I highly recommened PrestoChangeo

You tried to contact with prestashop or with module developer? As far as i know this module isn't developer by PrestaShop team, but by: http://addons.presta...Dream%20Me%20Up

so all messages that you sent were sent to the developer, not prestashop addons team. I totally suggest to contact with someone from team (or call to support)

 

I contacted PrestaShop Addons as per the terms and service document. I used the official web form to enter my claim but never got a response from them. I tried three times over a period of three weeks.

In order for support on this module, you would first need to contact the Developer of the Addon, that link can be found on the product page under "Contact the Developer" http://addons.prestashop.com/en/bulk-update-prestashop-modules/3910-dmu-quick-admin-of-your-product-database.html

 

That link will lead you to contact to developer of the theme directly. The PrestaShop contact form is for general questions or after sales regarding PrestaShop modules and themed that were developed and created by us. You always need to use the "Contact the Developer" link on the product page of your particular Addon. This module was developed by "Dream Me Up"

 

Using that link will contact them directly. I hope this helps!

The terms and conditions of the Addons states that we should go the main addons "contact us" page for issues with the software. That's what I did.

 

Based on your suggestion, yesterday, I contacted the developper. I guess its the waiting game now. I'll wait another two days and see what happens. If I get no response, I'm back at square one.

Okay, I did receive the PM and will be taking a look. However, the Addons office is closed for the weekend now so if you can wait until Monday, I'll make sure you are helped. The Developer should reply to your message within three days. Are you looking for a refund?

 

No problem and thank you for your help on this issue. At this point in time, yes, I am looking for a refund and can provide login details to the back office to show that the module is not installed.

Hi,

I am a developer, and i want to contact the addons because i have a problem with my module.

The customers that bought my module can't download the last version available online, they can download only a very older version.

 

How i can contact addons team to receive an answer to my question?

The last times when i contact them via contact form, i never received any answer.
