Can not add price - I get error 403 Forbbiden

Hallo,

 

I try to add a product , everything goes ok ... picture, description etc. When I try to modify the price from 0 to the real price and press save I get error 403 Forbbiden acces on server or something like that . Please help ....

Best solution for most of these problems is simply replacing all the admin files with the ones from original installation.

First BACKUP! Then try this simple solution. Usually there was an error during the installation/copying of files.

Hi morris,

Did it work before, of did you just start with your shop and have problems from the beginning?

If it was from the beginning, check with your host if they have turned off/can turn off "mod_security". This may be the problem here. Tell them you run an e-commerce site and that it interferes with your shop.
