hippooflove Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 (edited) I am pulling my hair out with this problem For 4 days PayPal has stopped working properly. Customers cannot pay by card as they cannot enter a country? PayPal say it is my site sending wrong variables. I changed this - no change. I have now updated my website to 1.4.11 and it has installed a new payPal module 3.5.5. Still does not work. AT the bottom of the configuration page of the module it says "ERROR you must enter API credentials. I have done that but the message does not go away and there is just a big space on my site where the payment logs should be. hippooflove Posted July 4, 2013 Author Share Posted July 4, 2013 Apparently I had my shipping code set to UK (which it has been for 2 years). I changed it to GB and now paypal recognises the code and allows the customer to pay okay. Very odd but pleased to get it fixed. Barry Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
