[Job Offer] shipping estimate modification

Hi,

I would like somebody to do a simple modification/upgrade to shipping estimation module originally supplied with presta.

It allows customers to get a quote on shipping before they register.

I would like to modify that module a bit, so that the user will be able to select the country on the top bar next to currency and language and the cheapest shipping charges to be displayed in product page in following fashion:

 

Also I would like the module to be compatible with Location and Currency Detection module, so that the country is auto selected when the user visits the page.
